• Tiradito tuna & ama ebi with tosaka, avocado and caviar
• Charcoal-grilled coral trout with miso cream and seasonal mushrooms
• Lobster tempura with yuzu mayo
• Charcoal-grilled M9 sirloin with beef tare and miso butter
• Assorted nigiri including toro, unagi and scallop with foie gras

Nikka Whisky Pairing Dinner (12 March 2026)

Join us for an exclusive evening celebrating the craftsmanship and philosophy of Nikka Japanese Whisky, paired with a seasonal multi-course menu by IPPIN Japanese Dining.
 
This one-night-only experience will guide guests through five to six distinctive Nikka whiskies, showcasing the depth, balance, and precision that have made Nikka one of Japan’s most respected whisky houses. Each whisky will be thoughtfully paired with dishes designed to complement and elevate its character—subtle, refined, and deeply Japanese.
 
From elegant grain expressions to complex malt styles, the pairing is curated to highlight harmony between food and whisky rather than dominance, allowing both to shine.
