From 29 December. IPPIN’s summer dining experience—light, refined, and seasonally driven. A carefully composed menu inspired by Japanese summer flavours, designed for sharing and enjoyed for a limited time.

IPPIN is proud to be one of only three venues in Queensland Australia holding the prestigious title of Master of Asahi. This recognition celebrates our dedication to Japanese craftsmanship — from the perfect chill, to the glass angle, to the golden foam that seals the freshness.
We proudly serve Asahi on Tap, imported directly from Japan — delivering the crisp, authentic taste just as it’s poured in Tokyo. Enjoy every sip served with respect to the art of beer.
