1. Promoter

 

This promotion is conducted by IPPIN Japanese Dining, located at TG.2/97 boundary street,westend 4101.

 

2. Promotion Period

 

The promotion runs from 12 April 2026 to 18 April 2026, during normal trading hours, unless ended earlier or extended at the Promoter’s discretion.

 

3. Eligibility

 

Entry is open to dine-in customers of IPPIN Japanese Dining during the promotion period.

Employees of the venue and their immediate family members may be excluded from entry at the Promoter’s discretion.

 

4. Entry Method

Entry is free.

Customers receive one (1) lucky draw chance per table per visit.

Only tables that have dined in during the promotion period are eligible.

No separate purchase of a ticket or entry form is required.

5. Prize Draw Mechanics

Each eligible table may draw one (1) prize ball from the designated lucky draw box or container.

Each ball corresponds to a prize determined by the Promoter.

Unless otherwise stated, each ball is a winning ball.

The result of the ball drawn is final and cannot be changed once drawn.

Prizes are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

 

7. Prize Conditions

Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired prize vouchers will not be replaced unless required by law.

Any prize in the form of a voucher, meal, drink, or experience is subject to its own redemption conditions, blackout dates, and expiry date if applicable.

Alcohol prizes may only be redeemed by persons aged 18 years or over and remain subject to responsible service of alcohol requirements. Licensed venues in Queensland must promote alcohol responsibly and must not run promotions that encourage rapid or excessive alcohol consumption.

8. Major Prize

 

The Major Prize is Banquet Year Pass

Prize Details:

 

The winner will receive a Year Pass to IPPIN, which includes:

A Share Experience Banquet for two once a month for 12 months.

Drinks are not included in the prize.

The Year Pass can be redeemed on any date, including public holidays, subject to availability.

The banquet menu is subject to change every four months.

Unless otherwise stated:

 

only one (1) major prize will be awarded during the promotion period

the major prize is subject to separate terms and redemption conditions

the Promoter may require the winner’s name, phone number, and/or email address for prize verification and administration.

9. Verification and Disqualification

 

The Promoter reserves the right to:

 

verify the validity of entries and prize claims

refuse any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions

disqualify any participant who tampers with the draw process, behaves improperly, or acts in a misleading or fraudulent manner.

10. Liability

 

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or any prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

 

11. Privacy

 

Any personal information collected for the purpose of administering the promotion will be used only for prize verification, contact, and promotional administration in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter’s privacy practices.

 

12. Promoter’s Decision

 

All decisions made by the Promoter in relation to this promotion are final.
