The beverage menu, curated by Peter Scoterme Smith, a Master of Wine, showcases a premium selection of drinks that are rare finds in the market

The 8 Courses banquet is designed for a shared dining experience. Booking requires at least two people. We recommend reservations to guarantee their spot in this exclusive celebration.

Introducing the culinary artistry of Chef Satoshi San, a true master of Japanese cuisine. Since 2000, Chef Satoshi San embarked on his culinar career at a renowned restaurant in Nagoya, Japan. In 2004, he ventured overseas to Melbourne, Kaiseki Ryori. From 2006 to 2013, Chef Satoshi San joined the esteemed team at Sono Japanese restaurant. Lastly, In 2014, Chef Satoshi San embarked on a new chapter, joining Moga Japanese restaurant until 2019.

Chef Satoshi San's Japanese culinary style is a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. His dishes are a testament to his deep respect for the ingredients, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to quality. Prepare to be amazed!
